InterpreterLab is an educational platform and does not guarantee employment or certification outcomes.

InterpreterLab offers access through one-time payments or limited-time plans via our PayPal payment gateway.
- Payments are not recurring or automatic.
- Users are responsible for manually renewing their access once their plan expires.
- Plan durations and prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
- Once payment is confirmed, access is granted for the corresponding duration (e.g., 30 days, 3 months, or 1 year).
Refunds are not provided after access has been granted, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials on InterpreterLab - including text, audio, images, exercises, logos, and software - are the intellectual property of InterpreterLab or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
6. User-Generated Content
You may upload audio recordings, notes, or other materials as part of your training. By doing so, you grant InterpreterLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for educational, evaluation, and platform improvement purposes.
You retain ownership of your content. InterpreterLab will not share or sell user recordings to third parties without explicit consent.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use InterpreterLab for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or copy the platform's systems or content.
- Upload or share copyrighted, confidential, or inappropriate materials.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
InterpreterLab and its materials are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about:
- The completeness or accuracy of content.
- Continuous or error-free access.
- Achievement of professional certification or employment outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterpreterLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, performance issues, or interrupted access.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

Upon termination, your access to paid materials will cease, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
